PHOTOGRAPHY / COPYRIGHT

A photoshoot or reportage by Julia Egger (hereinafter referred to as "the photographer") is considered an artistic work and is subject to copyright law. The photos always remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

Upon full payment of the session, the client receives a non-exclusive license to print and publish the photos for personal purposes, or for commercial purposes if this has been agreed upon in writing in advance and is stated on the invoice. The digital post-processing is also protected by copyright, and any violation thereof will result in legal action.

Under no circumstances may the photos be used commercially without the photographer’s permission. If the client uses the photos for commercial purposes without appropriate compensation to the photographer, legal action may be taken after formal notice.

Photos and videos made by Julia Egger may be published at any time by the photographer on the website, in print media, and on social media channels. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client consents to this.

BOOKING / PRICES / CANCELLATION

Prices may be adjusted at any time. The price agreed upon in writing at the time of booking remains valid and unchanged for the scheduled photoshoot or reportage, regardless of any later price increases.

A booking with Julia Egger becomes final after payment of the agreed amount (by bank transfer or in cash) or after written acceptance of the quotation.

If the client cancels at least 24 hours in advance due to illness or force majeure, a new date will be agreed upon together. However, payments already made are non-refundable.

If the photographer cancels due to illness or force majeure, a new date will also be agreed upon, and the previously agreed conditions will remain valid.

If the client cancels within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without a reason deemed valid by the photographer, or fails to appear at the agreed time, 100% of the agreed amount will be charged as compensation, and the right to the appointment will be forfeited.
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours prior to the scheduled time without a valid reason, 50% of the agreed amount will be charged as compensation.

DELIVERY / DIGITAL FILES

The online gallery with the finished photos will be made available only after the invoice for the session or reportage has been paid, and no later than 4 weeks after the photoshoot.

The number of photos in the photographer’s preliminary selection varies depending on the session duration and other variables, and therefore cannot be determined in advance. The final photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format and may not be further edited by the client (whether through editing software, filters, or other graphic alterations). RAW files are not provided.

Photos remain available to the client for a maximum of 30 days in the online gallery or via a download link. After this period, they are archived by Julia Egger for 2 years from the photoshoot date and can be reactivated in a gallery only upon payment of an administrative fee of €25. The photographer is not liable for any loss after the 30-day availability period of the gallery or download link.

PAYMENTS

Invoices must be paid within 14 days. In the event of non-payment or late payment, the photographer reserves the right to suspend all further services without prior notice until full payment of the outstanding invoice amount has been received.
